Return Policy

At Emilia Wiena, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
• The cost of return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
• Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted.

Return Procedure

1. Notify us of your return within 30 days of receiving the goods by emailing emiliawiena@gmail.com
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
5. All costs (shipping fees and customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We accept no responsibility for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the goods were delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
